Happy Chinese New Year for those of you out there which is still celebrating this CNY like me....

.... well , i'm still celebrating the CNY 2011 now .... yes im still on holiday mood .... while for those which is already back in action .... all the best and good the luck in your new new resolutions...

i guess some of you might even choose for the day for you to start work based on feng shui and horoscope.... well im not :)

.... for those which would like to catch up on what the heck am i talking about new hut.... hmmmm...... all right ... im living at my own home now @ sg long after 7 years living in condo... thou i'm kinda of miss of the place a LOT...

no doubt, it's time to move on ....

oh yeah, jst recalled , to my surprise i met my michealian buddy * Lim Kok Chong* which is staying @ the same block with me on the last day of my tenure @ the building ..... gosh .... how come we didnt bump into earlier :) haha....

Just some highlights on my New Hut .....

..... it was filled with more furniture .....
....... it has more rooms for occupancy....
.... it's more like a home to me .....
.... it's more steps for me to jalan jalan compared to last time whereby i can do everything on the same floor.....
.... it has a park next to my hut ........
.... there is a hill next to my hut too.... * i hope i really got for a hike one day since lots of folks been working out during the wee hours....
..... it has it uniqueness as im saving a lot on paints as it's built on red bricks...... * to be precise yearly costs *
.......... i finally have my own sweet time to wash my car at my very own car porch compared to queuing up waiting for the hose at the club house ... Huh !

.... which then relates to $$$$$$$$ from bank account shrunk ! :)

Digi Need To Enable APN (digistrm) For YouTube Streaming
(http://www.digi.com.my/blackberry/faq.do)

This section is particular to DiGi’s BIS subscriber, for some reason (most probably for bandwidth control), DiGi need us to configure the APN to digistrm before us being to view YouTube video streaming. To do this, follow the steps below :

Menu -> Options -> Advanced Options -> TCP/IP

(TICKED) APN Settings Enabled
APN: digistrm
(TICKED) APN Authentication Enabled
Username for APN:
Password for APN

*Both Username and Password for APN Authentication are left blank*

Erasing the data with the Wipe Handheld option

Well, i better be recalling some of the wonderful moments that everyone of us had on this wonderful day - @ Penang

On 15th August 2009 , our family started the early hour road trip from Ipoh to Penang to attend my sister's graduation @ USM - Penang. It was indeed a good day for my sister after a 4 years battle at USM and finally she graduated from her studies in Material Engineering. Proud of her and keep it up !

I was so thrilled, happy and convenient and proud to be Maybank2u Mobile user when i came across a new mobile tool for my old symbian phone, Maybank2u Mobile which allows me to check my account while i'm on the move ... especially month end ... muahaha...

But one thing which made my cry for was the interface, which does not allow me to Fund Transfer to New Payee Account, currently the interface only allow favourite 3rd party or favourite 3rd Party GIRO account. I went to Maybank2u at 09/09/09 and was confused by the web notification that they are currently doing a maintenance today - Sunday while i thought today was already Wednesday .. apa la ni... did they even notice it when the web administrator post this up .... :)

I wonder if the admin is really thinking of weekend too much ... haha.. i hope some of their prepost processing of transaction was not even backdated and keep debiting to our accounts.....

There is still something that i had in mind when this took place yesterday after i fetch aivie back home around 2200. Along the way, this spooky thing took place. It was just like a normal night when i drift home, just that the difference is a cooling night after a stormy night.

How would you feel when you are driving alone along a dark road, around a corner, suddenly the door opens itself at the driver seat? The next thing that triggers me , was to quickly swing my hand to the handle of the door and slam it tightly and immediately slam on the door locks.

Gosh, blood were pumping in my head and i still feel 'something' is rushing into my car. Keep peeping at the rear mirror and back mirror but there are not even a shadow for me to see. " which makes me more freak out.....

Besides that, i force myself to think, could it be the pressure in my car which trigger the door to open ? or could it be i did not close the door properly when i step into the car? Then i recall, i heard it was like 'someone' opens the door. Gosh .... that makes me more freak out when i knew in the next few days, it will be the Hungry G host festival
whereby this celebration will be celebrated by chinese community to worship to those unsettled spirits which is roaming around .... for food and 'substitutes !!!! but im not your food nor subs..

gosh .....till then, don't be freak out if you encounter the same scneario like me, just try to be macho and steady and drive your car..... dun be so kiapo like me and dun even think of looking back at the mirror when something may just pops in later. Just try to have a peace of mind and drive home to a safe ground.

......... arguing a bit with the aunty which hit my car , which her husband kept insisting it is my fault.... ouch - i should have skipped this session.... this is such a waste of time.... and let the police do the talking

..... awaiting for patrol police car for 15 minutes upon reporting to 999

... was told by the police to report at the trafik police station @ klang bus station... within 24 hours from the incident time

... told by police that there was an illegal gathering at KL , so it is advisable not to head on to the town till late night...

........ typing a long winded uncle style report of the whole incident on system which the police force used.... @ 2230 .. keyboard was so so so cacated.... * really want to smack on the keyboard if it is mine.... huh.. but can't

.........interviewed by a Sarjan which made the judgement day of who's the fault of the incident.... i'm happy with the final verdict --- which i won ... and being 100% compensate by the other party ....yay !

Next, what worries me, WORK ! how the hell am i going to go to remote site @ bangi without a car ... ouch.......
.....next, have to go to KL - insurance agency to collect a claim form and get all documentation ready ..... in order for me to get the claims...
........ next finding a trustworthy workshop .... i do hope that they replaced genuine products that the parts which they replaced will not come off in 6 months down the road. ...
............ next how soon will i get my ride back.....

Users of Maybank2u becareful of the recent activity of this buggers which is trying to hunt for your user credentials.

I received similar fraud today and i hope no one get caught as such. Maybank does not sent such crazy emails out for you to reactivate your account nor ask you to reset password on email as well as website as that will point you to a link or you called it URL or hyperlink.

The only approach from the bank is that they will request you to head to the bank to reactivate it.

Anyway, here's the sample email to all.

As some of you may know i'm being relocated to an ulu place where i will face no jam in the morning nor night.... but what comes along is the OT time i stayed back.

Working in a total different culture and environment supporting a very "superb" financial institution is really good challenge to me and bringing my day shorter and more miserable.

well, i understand some of you may say.... this is life and you have to work for it... ... but my place now is like total disaster recovery / total restructure is required where all are jumble up and need to align all the puzzles which are laying at the floor. picking up shits, processes and ppl which would like to see you trip.

2 further add on to it, what's worst is that 2 different mgmt are trying to run the show, and i hope they can align what are their deliverable that they have committed to the clients that they sign off with the customer. both the mgmt not only to feedback/screwed/nag but be frankly you have to sit at the war zone and feel it. So far, 6 came in, 2 KO due to different reasons.

Luckily im grewing sideways, else ppl would may say.... hmmm james, what happen to you ... more pimples and older day by day..... :(

Fine, i think i felt much happier now after my grumblings ... im not signing off the day yet, as am still driving another case to satisfy our customers :p

It's been a hectic week with a packed schedule during the Labour day mood, and it was indeed a superb weekend that i spend my time back at ipoh to meet up with relatives and family since our last meeting was during Chinese New Year, as of now we gathered together gether in conjunction of my cousin's sista's wedding.... all the way back from Singapore :)

The perfect event kicked off from the house next door till the dinner place @ Tower Regency Hotel - * which i think is pretty new and 'in' place for people to hold some cool events. The Hospitality there is still another thing to brush up with... i shall not further comment it till the next posts. :)

recently it's been down for 7 days (* i'm so frustrated till i thought of changing ISP)
support time till 2200pm only (* you die die also cannot reach anyone for help)
device is kind of bulky

service uptime was great (* until recently, which kills me for 7 days without internet)
No capped of download and upload. (* avg download activity 40GB per month)
it follows you and point to to the nearest base station and not like hotspot and so on.
i can go online eventhough i'm at 3rd floor and above. (* umbrella type based station)
they rebate you another 7 days for the downtime that they fail to deliver :) (* http://izzi.com.my/)

As usual, Monday morning is always a new start for me or even the start of the misery week (routine) for me or even everyone one of us out there.....

... before i step out from my house , i would think again, should i work from home and try to run away from the traffic.... end up ..... queuing up at jam ... day and night
... catching new datelines
.... catching new agendas for the week
...... checking blardy long emails
... checking out with colleagues what took place on their happening weekend compared to mine
..... can't wait for lunch time
... keep looking at the clock that clicks so damn slow
..... think what i have left out since last week
... think of what will be the good things / accomplishment that i have succeeded / not
..... think and daydream a bit....
.... wonder why lunch time past so fast....
....anyway, maybe this comes in a package afterall...

Salary Increment

After 2 years of selfless service, a man realized that he has not been promoted, no transfer, no salary increase no commendation and that the Company is not doing any thing about it. So he decided to walk up to his HR Manager one morning and after exchanging greetings, he told his HR Manager his observation. The boss looked at him, laughed and asked him to sit down saying;

Myfriend, you have not worked here for even one day.
The man was surprised to hear this, but the manager went on to explain.

Manager:- How many days are there in a year?
Man:- 365 days and some times 366

Manager:- how many hours make up a day?
Man:- 24 hours

Manager:- How long do you work in a day?
Man:- 8am to 4pm. i.e. 8 hours a day.
Manager:- So, what fraction of the day do you work in hours?
Man:- (He did some arithmetic and said 8/24 hours i.e. 1/3(one third)

Manager:- That is nice of you! What is one-third of 366 days?
Man:- 122 (1/3x366 = 122 in days)

Manager:- Do you come to work on weekends?
Man:- No sir

Manager:- How many days are there in a year that are weekends?
Man:- 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals to 104 days

Manager:- Thanks for that. If you remove 104 days from 122 days, how many days do you now have?
Man:- 18 days.

Manager:- OK! I do give you 2 weeks sick leave every year. Now remove that14 days from the 18 days left. How many days do you have remaining?
Man:- 4 days

Manager:- Do you work on New Year day?
Man:- No sir!

Manager:- Do you come to work on workers day?
Man:- No sir!

Manager:- So how many days are left?
Man:- 2 days sir!

After reading this, do you still want to work like a ... hmmmm how would i describe it ... a DOG , a BULL or even a WRESTLER :)

Anyway, i doubt you would never thought of it too since this is not the best time toeven think of leaving erly especially those working in banking sectors. One good place that you may see is what's been practiced in the workplace i am , but the more the hours u stay back, the better the employer would felt especially when you did not ask for paid OT , or half dead.

Anyway, in the current market, the longer you stay back, make sure it's productive, else please lift your bum up and get the hell out of my way!!

I've been so loyal to you ..... and have been on the same telco since 1998 and you never improve ..... what is this? don't you have a redundancy line installed..

luckily your service desk is good enough to calm me on every call that i made but the availability is bad especially during office hours ..... which is bad...... important calls are not answered properly, my clients felt insulted when they thought i mummble in front of them .... and so does crankly miss calls coming in....... this is just not acceptable....

Impacted location : car parks .... strategic location, bkt jalil , sg. besi, damansara and so on....

i was dragged to wait for another 4 hours to have my phone reactivated and to run away from this disturbance, i have to use my standby number which is from another vendor which present quite well to me.....

.....if really depends on you, i would have died ...

Gong Xi Fa Cai - Hong Pau Tau Lai kappp ~

how was ur celebrations so far? i am sure u heard plenty of boom boom bang bangs when it reaches 12a.m. early hours when the rich people burns their crackers = $$$ while i am half dead sleeping .... for the first day @ work . As for chinese , they will call this day as "chor gau" or some of them even called it as "bai tien gong"which would be mainly celebrated by Hokkien community around the world. The early hours was Not only surrounded by fireworks displays but it came along with "who let the dogs out- barking here and there all the way" Oh gosh --

The dovotee basically offerred their Emperor of Heaven - Gods, sugarcanes (which was believed to be the savior of the day during the old days back) , tea and mass fireworks display -which i think is much better than the English New Year celebration :)

As for myself during the day b4 chinese new year , i was stunned by different kind of events
mine was fun, thrilled and worth tiring for :)

I miss my coach back hometown when i headed to puduraya .... which 3 BIG bags
.... end up drove home and was stuck in jam for 4 hours.

Oh gosh , my bum are aching .... and gonna heading being a wannabe like j-Lo's bum

To those which is still in celebration mode since you are on duty during the holidays - i wish ya Gong Hei Fatt Choi & Happy Chap Goh Meh.

Sorry to confuse you guys with the title ... but actually just wanted to wish everyone of YOU out there!

Merry Christmas Everyone ~

Christmas celebration this year was as usual, actually we had the same schedule in place every year .... back to hometown... woke up in the early morning, head on to st. peter's church @ kg. tawas and attend the morning Mandarin service.

It was indeed a good place to be when you can chant to the Lord at this special day - right after the services and blessings we head on for feasts at ipoh garden with the family.

Later that day, we head on to pay a visit to our grandpa @My place .... and it's time for some candid shots....

Singapore Day 1 (11th Dec 2008) : Raining

We started our journey at 0800 and reach KL Sentral at 0900 by cab. From there on we took the Sky Bus (RM9) to LCCT on the forever traffic free KL - Putrajaya Highway. How i wish every road runs the same...

Journey to LCCT passes by the place where i started my journey from.... aiks... i wonder next time i rather hoop on to the bus from the highway....

Flight was delayed for half an hour .... guess what flight am i talking about? I am sure you know but they did not promise what they published ....
Performance Statistics .... it just happens that my day was not as per expected .... i presume .. haiyor ...

Thou.... there was a delay
No doubt, we are still the cheerful group as we are :)

Well let's intro a bit, here's my aunt, my mum and sista .....

Finally we are up on the plane.... getting ready to take off..

Up up and away ! We are reaching destination...

Anyway, i got through without any scratches but some scratches from the immigrations officers head... and finally we were welcomed by our hosts.... which is my 11th aunty's family.....

Tax Payers in Malaysia

Assume monthly basic salary is RM4000.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 11% ( RM440 ), taxable income =
RM3560, income tax payable = RM77.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 8% ( RM320 ), taxable income =
RM3680, income tax payable = RM109.

Conclusion : If you choose to contribute 8%, you will end up paying more
income tax to the government,which will make the government richer. Finance Minister
Najib said this measure is meant to boost up the slow-down market, but from this example
wee see that the money does not go into the market. Instead the money goes direct into
the government's pocket through the greater amount of income tax that we will have to
pay. Obviously this measure does not help the market at all. Do we still want this kind of
government that doesn't have the best interest of the people in mind?

NEW TACTICS

Someone shared the following cases :

(1) Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine. There was an old
man looking at me. Suddenly, he called me. He said he didn't know how to read, so he gave me his ATM card and asked me to help him withdraw money from the ATM machine. I answerd 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.' Then he said 'nevermind..' and continued to find other people to help him...
REMEMBER : ATM machines have CCTVs. If you help him he will later claim
that you have robbed him or stolen his ATM card. Besides, his ATM card
could be a stolen one. So please be careful of these tactics.

(2) Suddenly your house lights go off. From your window you find that your
neighbours still have lights. So you go out of your house to check the Meter Box. But once you open the door, a knife will be pointing at you and preventing you from closing it. This is when you will be robbed and injured robbed and injured.
REMEMBER : Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open
your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or if there is any noise around.

(3) This is another incident. You may have heard it before, it is about a lady who she saw a kid crying by the roadside. When she spoke to the kid, the kid told her he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper with his house address. So she took him home. But when she rang the door bell, she had an electric shock. Later when she woke up, she was naked in an empty room.

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding 2 packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbour and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift. But then when she spoke, I can realised that she is was foreigner. I could not understand what she was
talkingabout. I guessed she must be asking for money.I sensed there was something wrong and immediately closed the door and ignored her. Later, I found she and an accomplice robbed someone else down the road.

(5) I was at the ATM machine to withdraw some money. Behind me, there was an old lady. She asked me whether I was able to withdraw my money because she said she had problem with her machine. Suddenly a small girl came up beside me. The small girl was squeezing infront of me. I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the tray
of the ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take away my money. I sensed something wrong and immediately pushed her away. Later I realised that the small girl and the old lady worked together. She was trying to steal my money while the old lady was trying to distract my attention by asking me questions!!
REMEMBER: BE VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert.
Look out for anyone suspicious around you!

(6) My parents are retired and stay at home most days. One afternoon, a young stranger went to their house and said his motorcycle had no more petrol and the petrol station was too far for him to push his bike there. So he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy some petrol. He said he will pay RM2 for the bottle. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really took out the money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note. He told my mum he had no small change and asked my mum to give him the change. Luckily my mum was smart. She just told him to take it for free.
REMEMBER : obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for RM2 for
an empty coke bottle!! It's very OBVIOUS that that stranger is a trickster.

(7) this happened in Bali . A newly married couple were having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly went missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her. He asked the hotel staff to help him find her. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks passed and there was still no news about his missing wife. So he went back and was very dissapointed and sad. A few years later, he came back to Bali , to watch a 'FREAK SHOW' in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage.
Inside there was a lady without limbs. Her body including the face was full of scars. When he had a closer look at her face, he was shocked to find that it was her missing wife put there as a means for begging.

(8) This happened in Shanghai. A few years ago, a lady reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after 5 years, one of her friends found her cousin sister begging at the road side one of the streets in Bangkok, Thailand . The worst thing is that
her cousin sister has no more limbs and her body was tied to a lamp post with a shackle (metal chain).

(9) Let's just shorten this story. DO NOT open your house door when you hear the sound of a BABY CRYING!! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert to this trick. The police said it is the work of a robber or murderer using the recording of a baby crying to attract your attention.
This normally happens at night and when you are alone in the house.

(10) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial
City is the Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution center. There are many people there. It's also near to the ShenZhen train station and Hong Kong's
Luo Hu Port.. C went to the toilet at the shpping centre while A and B waited outside. After waiting for a long, time they felt uneasy and went into the toilet to look for her. When they went in, there was nobody inside. Both were scared and they called C's phone. There was no reply. So they reported to the police. The police asked them whether they had seen anyboby suspicious going into the toilet. Both said there were none and its impossible to bring a life person out of the
toilet without them noticing!. Then A remembered seeing a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then coming out. The police told them that was not the 1st time such a thing happened. The police suspected a gang of criminals who were always attacking women in the the toilet of shopping complexes. They use cleaners to kidnap people to harvest their organs for sale.
REMEMBER : please be careful when using the toilet. Donot go to the wash
room or toilet ALONE!! Please at least have a partner with you.

As a continuation of the video about static electricity in which a girl had a fire accident on getting out of her car and directly touching the nosepiece, we come across a similar case:

With the generalisation of self-service facilities in petrol stations people should be warned about the outbreak of fires resulting from static electricity while they are pouring in petrol.

150 cases of this type of fire have been investigated and the results were very surprising.

1- Of the 150 cases, more happened to women than men, due to their habit of getting in and out of the vehicle while the petrol is being poured in.

2- In the majority of cases the people had re-entered their cars when the hose was still pouring petrol out (the danger of the triggers on the nosepieces). When they finished refuelling and got out to remove the hose pistol the fire began, as a result of the static electricity.

3- The majority of those affected used rubber-soled footwear and clothes of synthetic fibres.

4- Never use mobile phones when filling up with fuel.

5- It is well known that it is the vapour that comes from the petrol that burns and causes the fire when it makes contact with static charges.

6- In twenty-nine of the cases analysed, the people re-entered their vehicles and later touched the pistols during the petrol fuelling process. This happened in cars of different varieties of makes and models.

7- Seventeen fires occurred before, during or immediately after the cap of the petrol tank was removed and before starting to fill up with petrol.

8- The static charge often results from when a passenger rubs their clothes against the upholstery of the seats on getting in or out of the vehicle. To avoid this, it is recommendable that NOBODY gets in or out of the vehicle while the petrol is being poured in. Movement in or out should only be done BEFORE starting, or when the fuelling is finished and the petrol cap placed.

9- MAXIMISE THE PRECAUTIONS if the petrol has spilt or splashed onto the ground. Highly inflammable vapours are immediately produced which can be ignited by sparks of static electricity from the turning on of electronic equipment (mobile phones, remote controls, etc.) or by the ignition of the vehicle itself. BEFORE starting up the engine again, the spilt petrol must be gathered or neutralised by the petrol station staff.

LOADING PETROL

IN YOUR VEHICLE: Stop, put the handbrake on and turn off the engine, radio and lights

NEVER: Never return to your vehicle while you are pouring in fuel.

AS A PRECAUTION: Get used to closing the car door on getting out or into the vehicle and in this way the static electricity will be discharged on touching something metallic.
After closing the door TOUCH THE METAL PART OF THE BODYWORK before touching the petrol pump pistol. By doing this the static electricity in your body will be discharged on the metal and not on the pistol.

Summary

Do a pole dance in front of your car to release the electrons from your body
Do not let your bum flat and fat... jst stand my fren.... while waiting for the pump to pump in your hard earn money.
Don't try to be smart elek and talk to your beloved one, when ur beloved one Do not want you to be charged up like charcoal.... or even see in different pieces.

We are not sure why it is so effective, just try this method when it rains heavily.

This method was told by a Police friend who had experienced and confirmed it. It is useful...even driving at night.

Most of the motorists would turn on HIGH or FASTEST SPEED of the wipers during heavy downpour, yet the visibiilty in front of the windscreen is still bad.....

In the event you face such a situation, just try your SUN GLASSES ( any model will do), and miracle!

All of a sudden, your visibility in front of your windscreen is perfectly clear, as if there is no rain.

Make sure you always have a pair of SUN GLASSES in your car, as you are not only helping yourself to drive safely with good vision, but also might save your friend's life by giving him this idea.

.... it's very graphical .... and nice to use.... so far the feature i like about the current version is it's auto preview screen of your messages and phonebook.

One thing which i dun like about it is the MMS reading feature, cannot read also.....
Another things is that hopefully it works for my old pc too so that i can synch synch a bit and never look back on what i loss when i am lost :)

i drive like crazy driver at the cliff without caring what is around..... killing innocent civilians ... who give a damn...

............. i only lose a door , i hit everything i see, but my machine still works super strong.....

.... my passenger at the boot were in good hands even thou it's being shot and rammed like crazy.....

... i manage to runaways and jump like monkey just like that....... flying here and there

........ i can jump on a moving bus without hitting me crazy....

I RECEIVED a message on my Friendster account the other day. It was one of those forwarded messages, the type I would usually scan briefly before hitting “delete”.

But this message, written in Bahasa Malaysia, started with a simple question that caught my attention. A rough translation of it goes like this:

“Have you ever watched your parents while they were asleep? Your father’s body, once big and strong but now, the big is withered and the strong is weaker. Wisps of grey peek out from his hair, wrinkles now “scar” his forehead and face.

“This man works hard every day and would sacrifice anything to make sure his family is provided for and his children get the best education possible.

“Or how about your mother, whose soft hands once cuddled and held you close when you were a baby? Now, those hands are dry and rough, bearing evidence of the challenges she faced just for us.

“This woman takes care of our daily needs, constantly nagging and scolding us because of her love for us. But sadly, we often misconstrue her love as control and unfairness.”

I have never thought of watching my parents while they slept. I’ve watched my cousins sleep when they were babies, all round and cuddly and sweet smelling. But watch my parents? No way!

But after reading this message, I realised that there was indeed much truth in it. In fact, my parents do not have to be asleep for me to realise that they have aged.

Just looking at my mother walk tells me that her legs are not as strong as they were before. Or hearing her ask me for help with that flowerpot in the garden, the one she used to be able to push and drag around the garden without my help.

Or watching my dad lift a 10kg bag of rice. I can easily carry that bag now. I am young. But to him, it is a struggle.

What do all these observations tell me? Yes, my parents have aged. They are ageing, just as I am ageing. But as I age towards my best years and become stronger, they in turn are becoming weaker. They were once the caregivers and I the receiver. In time, I know our roles will reverse. Like it or not, want it to or not, this is life.

I suppose I have always subconsciously thought that my parents would always be with me, never growing old. It took that message to make me realise that my parents are not immortal. That they, too, will one day leave the world and me. Until then, I will make good use of our time together.

By the way, I’m forwarding that message to all my family and friends to remind them to appreciate what they have now. It will not last.

thou it's been a week away from work... again it's way too bored for me not to login through VPN to see what's up in the "incidentless world" ...:)

again i'm back in action tomolo ~ yicks .. wish me luck

So what i did throuhgout the week

... i felt so bored traveling around KL on public transport ...as u would know...it's so damn packed .. i was the sardine, some of them are the gravy and some were the big fat cheesecan you imagine... what sort of stench am i highlighting... i wonder when will they ever improve on their cummuter services since the last trip and comments made by our PM.

.... company sent us for training for 3 days and i declare another day off back to hometown...
.... training held at Parkroyal, KL along Jalan Bukit Bintang and we were serve with damn nice buffet lunch @ the LG.... damn fattening me..... i was so thrilled with all the steaks they offered.... i just could not resists, well or shall i say i wouldnt want to waste the effort of the chef too :) everything sapu to my belly!

luckily i did not slept off throughout the session, else the company will come after our back.... thanks to the cool, motivated trainer from Quinns.

These two chest exercises will make hauling toddlers or pushing the lawn mower all that easier. You'll need an exercise ball and light weights to perform these two moves. If you're working out on carpeting, lose the socks or wear sneakers to prevent your legs from slipping out during the chest fly. Both the chest fly and the pushup work your chest and shoulders. Performing these common moves with the help of an exercise ball engages your core muscles.

Although you can't make your breasts bigger, you can give them a lift (and create sexy cleavage for that low-cut dress) with exercises that firm the pectoral muscles beneath your breasts.

These chest fly and push-up exercises are two moves that do just that. I've made them more challenging by showing you how to do them on an exercise ball (available at sporting goods stores). Other muscles, including your abs, also get a mini-workout as they stabilize you.

A beautiful bust improves your figure and boosts your confidence. And having strong chest muscles makes pushing a grocery cart loaded with groceries easy.

Your toning program

Do two sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise, allowing 30 to 60 seconds of rest between sets. Move slowly: three seconds to lower, one-second pause, three seconds to lift. Do two or three sessions a week, with at least 1 day of rest between workouts.

Chest Fly on an Exercise Ball

Sitting on a large exercise ball, inch your feet forward, and roll your body down until your head and upper back are supported. Your feet should be hip-width apart, knees over your ankles. Contract your buttocks, and raise your hips until your body, from the knees up, is parallel to the floor. Hold a pair of dumbbells with your arms extended over your chest, elbows bent, and palms facing each other. For a printer-friendly version of all steps, click below.

Note: Skip this exercise if you have orthopedic problems such as painful knees, hips, ankles, or back.

Keeping your abs contracted and your wrists straight, slowly lower your arms out to the sides in a smooth arc. Pause when your hands are chest level, then sweep both arms back up, squeezing your chest muscles. Stop before the dumbbells touch over your chest, then repeat. (You can also do this move on an aerobic step or with pillows stacked underneath your back to allow elbowroom.)

Pushup on an Exercise Ball

Kneeling in front of a large exercise ball, rest your torso on top, and extend your arms so they reach over the other side. Slowly roll your body over the ball, and inch your hands forward on the floor until just your thighs are resting on the ball. Your hands should be in line with your shoulders but slightly more than shoulder-width apart. For a printer-friendly version of all steps, click below.

Keeping your abs contracted and your back straight, bend your elbows, and slowly lower your torso toward the floor. Stop 4 to 5 inches shy of the floor. Hold, then push back up. (For an advanced version, rest just your shins on the ball. If you don't have an exercise ball or are a beginning exerciser, start with a pushup on the floor with your knees bent.)

Accident along Jalan Gembira

Sorry to confuse you but it wasn't me, my godness if you wish it was me .. huh

While i was on my way backfrom Bangsar, i saw an accident scene which involved some intestines which is still lying on the road with a whole bunch of cars grouping around a smashed windscreen of a greyed Waja ... ouch.... It happens along Jalan Gembira = happy - which is i think it wasn't that happy road for me :(

The victim,.... sorry la i think he/she was gone...... my condolences to whoever the family member are....

so i made some few assumptions that this Waja had eventually hit the victim at high speed either a motorcylists or a guy which is crossing the road to pasar malam and rolled our victim unintentionally by a car or 2 during the final destination moment :( damn damn damn... even when i drove pass the scene i felt like oh my bak ku teh .... oh gosh ....

It's still in a mind now.... i am sure it will be reported tomorrow unless the victim is still alive which i doubt or someone try to cover up some story at the backend as it was hit by a Datuk's son/daughter...............

.... anyway, for chinese belief, this month if possible try to stay at home more often, avoid wearing blackie all the time even though you think you looked cool .... well, you can look cool after the 14th day of Ghost Festival, as"they" or souls of unsettled are looking out for the others to replace them for a new life or company them to somewhere they belong. You can called them the widest roaming network you could ever thought off- who knows th3y are much better than Maxis's coverage :p

BEIJING (AFP) - Used condoms are being recycled into hair bands in southern China , threatening to spread sexually-transmittable diseases they were originally meant to prevent, state media reported Tuesday. In the latest example of potentially harmful Chinese-made products, rubber hair bands have been found in local markets and beauty salons in Dongguan and Guangzhou cities in southern Guangdong province, China Daily newspaper said.
'These cheap and colourful rubber bands and hair ties sell well ... threatening the health of local people,' it said.
Despite being recycled, the hair bands could still contain bacteria and viruses, it said.
'People could be infected with AIDS, (genital) warts or other diseases if they hold the rubber bands or strings in their mouths while waving their hair
into plaits or buns,' the paper quoted a local dermatologist who gave only his surname, Dong, as saying.
A bag of ten of the recycled bands sells for just 25 fen (three cents), much cheaper than others on the market, accounting for their popularity, the paper said.
A government official was quoted as saying recycling condoms was illegal.
China 's manufacturing industry has been repeatedly tarnished this year by a string of scandals involving shoddy or dangerous goods made for both domestic and foreign markets.
In response, it launched a public relations blitz this summer aimed at playing up efforts to strengthen monitoring systems.

It happens to me in the past occasion when my car was break in from the boot, therefore am sharing my view with all since it's still in my mindset which cannot be removed, and happily cursing the culprit day by day behind all this.... huh

Allow me to elaborate a lil bit....
It was a horrible night that i went through while i was at sri petaling night market, happily shopping for goods. Lepaking with my gal @ the night market. Just when i were to opened it, i found nothing left in the boot ... haiseh.... the worse thing is that i can't even stuff my car keys to the boot... thanks to you la culprit.... so i have to open it from the driver seat lo....

What makes my anger worsen was the alarm, i wonder why it wasn't triggered when it was force open..... thou it's on active mode.... damn .....

Therefore i went to through the hassle to police station to report it, we went to the lil pondok to report, then it took us an hour to share the chronology on a piece of handwritten paper on what are the items that are lost and so on.... some more have to wait for another person in front of us in the queue which was also impacted per due to the same reason.... damn it....

Right after our report, he told us to go to the main balai to report te same @ brickfields... damn you man.... it's already 2300 and i still have something to do at home man.... so i also head there la so that they can computerized it on their system... i went there , even more waiting lists out side..... damn damn damn....

Same process happens again and same questions being question and question again..... what a system are we talking man.... sharing again and again is making it worse man..... we are not the culprit but victim man.. how many times you would like to discuss wor.....

Anyway, the worst of the worst happens now, nothing was capture, not even a single finger print was done on my car, not even a snap shot of my car.... then overall what i got from the past 4 hours of running around was jst a piece of report which is only printed on a low quality A4 paper...

what a jam i encounter this morning

have you ever imagine, what sort of jam you would stuck in the very early hours.... or a journey which you use to take 30 minutes to work while it was extended to an hour and a half ?? back 2 back , or i shall call it buntut 2 buntut.. damn gay right..

Overall, felt so de uncomfortable when my mind kept thinking and making assumptions as i am still on the road as if what the hell again to those police road block.... are they going to block the 3 lanes and leave another one flowing without checking while you enjoying your chitchat chit chat under the your picnic table? ..... that's how i would describe their effort in counter or slowing down the traffic / illegal gathering... hmmm....

Besides that, i made up another assumption that there was a major accident which is just around the corner .... all my assumption was wrong when i turn in the mid valley corner.... it was the damn packed Jusco Member's Day Sale Queue >.. at 9 am the car park is already showing sign of FULL.... can you imagine that... HUH....!!! @#$^#@

No doubt, i did not want to miss out that chance too once i got off my work, i head there to join in the crazy crowds... indeed the sales was pretty attractive, and damn cool, i jst slot my card as if there are no one stopping :(

shall not be looking forward to my month end billing :(

Euro Fun Park Outing @ Bukit Jalil

this weekend i am back to the Euro Fun Dry Park Games aka la-la land @ Bukit Jalil Car Park .... with my gal.. :)

We cash in 40 bucks to enjoy the night at Euro Fun Park.... well did i miss the name....

There are lots of thrills and fun at this park when we reached there at 2200, but my will and my guts have eventually shrunk when i see their ride at their park.... my heart will beats so fast thou it's not me that was riding that, i felt like fainting too when the passengers were on the flying UFO ...:( maybe i have to sincerely admit that i am old ...

Anyhow, we end up at those non physical interference game... like booths games like lucky draws, shooting arrows, rolling bloody ping pong balls, hooking up quackies out of the water and sure win games ...

each token cost of 2 token per games on an average ... and the entrance would be rm3 for adult and 2 for children.

Overall, it's fun.... and it's a memorable 2 hours trip that we had for this Saturday :)

Here are some tips i grab

Do not pump full tank of petrol

Many of us are not aware that the petrol kiosk pump has a return pipe-line (in black). When the petrol tank (in the car) reaches full level, there is a mechanism to trigger off the pump latch and at the same time a return-valve is opened (at the top of the pump station) to allow excess petrol to flow back in! to the sump. But the return petrol has already pass through the meter, meaning you are donating the petrol back to SHELL/ PETRONAS/ CALTEX/MOBIL..........

*Pumping Gas - Good to Know (from the expert)

I've been in petroleum pipeline business for about 31 years, currently working for the Kinder-Morgan Pipeline here in San Jose , CA .
We deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period from the pipe line; one day it's diesel, the next day it's jet fuel and gasoline. We have 34 storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons. Here are some tricks to help you get your money's worth:

1. Fill up your car or truck in the morningwhen the temperature is still cool. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground; and the colder the ground, the denser the gasoline. When it gets warmer gasoline expands, so if you're filling up in the afternoon or in the evening, what should be a gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and temperature of the fuel (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products) are significant. Every truckload that we load is temperature-compensated so that the indicated gallonage is actually the amount pumped. A one-degree rise in temperature is a big deal for businesses, but service stations don't have temperature compensation at their pumps.

2. ;If a tanker truck is filling the station's tank at the time you want to buy gas, do not fill up; most likely dirt and sludge in the tank is being stirred up when gas is being delivered, and you might be transferring that dirt from the bottom of their tank into your car's tank.

3. Fill up when your gas tank is half-full (or half-empty), because the more gas you have in your tank the less air there is and gasoline evaporates rapidly, especially when it's warm. (Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating 'roof' membrane to act as a barrier between the gas and the atmosphere, thereby minimizing evaporation).

4. If you look at the trigger you'll ! see that it has three delivery settings: slow, medium and high. When you're filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to the high setting. You should be pumping at the slow setting, thereby minimizing vapors created while you are pumping.
Hoses at the pump are corrugated; the corrugations act as a return path for vapor recovery from gas that already has been metered. If you are pumping at the high setting, the agitated gasoline contains more vapor, which is being sucked back into the underground tank, so you're
getting less gas for your money.

Hope this will help ease your 'pain at the pump.

5. Do not top off your gas tank, when the pump shuts off, do not keep trying to add more gas. A friend who owns a gas station says that by doing this, you are actually giving the next customer a $1.00 worth of gas. The gas you pump stays in the hose and never makes it to your tank...........good to know

Hmmmm ... it's been some time my post weren't coming , not that i am busy but i forgotten the items that i wanted to share :( whenever i want to.....

Something which i am lack in, is the time mgmt even though am using an organizer..... time really past that fast until i have even forgotten some of friends birthday which i did not wish.... items which i need to do since last month, hmmm.... maybe am addicted to snooze item too much... :) any suggestion on rectifying it :)

As for job, have been assigned to move to different project since the current project were shrunking instead of expanding as per due to budget ... therefore some secret are still kept between myself and the mgmt not to make any of the announcement until the end of the following month..... well, folks in India if you so happens to bump into this, especially from Apps which i use to work closely with, i have to agree that you guys have eventually did a good job in maintaining the apps with varies patches (MTP) and debugging but something is really wrong with the agreement.

I would advise you guys to start hunting for opportunities by now before the cut-off date....

… but I am awaken at 9am for plumbing service… damn it…. Coz my housemate called him*(Ah Wai) upon a disaster in the toilet …. A pool of water full of dirt and hair… oh yucks… what else I could have for this wonderful morning…. To really wake me up at this time…. And serve me as my breakfast….

But overall am still a happy fella as I did not pay the plumber for few hundred ringgit to fix a blockage at the sewer pipes line which I did it in less than 15 minutes with a stick and few pails of water…. Let me share you a funny post.....

while i was on my way back to my hometown e-pou yesterday.... by bus .....

I went through some funny scenario whereby a pakcik came up to the bus while we were waiting for the bus to depart ... yelling.... siapa belum ambil air.... this phrase attracts lots of attention....

...including me.... (* but one thing that pulls me back was an email which i came across.... read the following for more... why i pull out from grabbing the drinks....like what other aunty and folks took happily 2 packets per person.)

..... let me continue my story.....before the shocking email thread i came across ...

So when that pakcik successfully distribute all the his packet drinks...... and everyone was so happily jumping up and down (*thought sri maju giving free drinks) unpacking the drinks and suck up the drinks..... all of them were shock when the pakcik yell out again....

I went to this place in conjunction on my 4th year anniversary with my gf. I gotta say that this place is still not up to what i expected which i have seen on the website or some personal review that I came across.

There's no cover charge for entering on weekdays while the environment is just okay only la. Finding the treasure point is a problem for me as i am first timer to this place ma..... I hope the guide here would help you a little bit ... Guide on how to get to location to find this place in future.

A lot of ang mou was there to enjoy the moments by the pool side. Well, as usual once we sat down drinks are being serve.

The waitress was kind of surprise, while her eyes was rolling up and down, why? coz not single alcoholic drinks being requested in her bill :) but just sticking with fresh juice only and pizza. Me good boi ma..... :)

We sat at the non-smoking area, the place was kind of peaceful but the cushion was kind of uncomfortable for me as it keeps sliding down (*maybe i am too fat!!!). The settings in the non-smoking area was great with nice lightings filled with cool jazz songs compared to those environment by the pool whereby you have to squat and fold your legs like japanese style :(
(* big belly like me, ada problem)

Overall, the pizza (RM 30) was okay la , fresh juice is from peel fresh (RM 15), trust me .... not really that cun... maybe should try out' kuai lou leong char' on my next trip :)

The journey to this event was like a treasure hunt for me......

..... i have to drive my way with a help of a map drawn by my dear.... which would agak agak guide me through the ups and down of the flyovers and shortcuts to avoid paying 2 tolls and cut away from the Federal Highway traffic :)

Yup, indeed it did led me to the treasure box but this time it seems like i am out of luck in the lucky draw event with more than 100 rounds of draws with great prizes .... huh such prizes which i miss out ; like the 42inch of plasma HDTV *3 , Surround System HDTV *4, iPods, HP iPACs, few thousand ringgit of Jusco Shopping Vouchers and lots more goodies :(

Looks like i can only bring back ... this hp lil strap with the lucky number 1064 .... i dun think so le my luck stops here le ...maybe i shall try out 4d tomolo ... haha....

Overall, the event can be considered a real success as i do see most of the crowds going out with a smile on their face as we were being entertained with plenty of songs sang by our very own Malaysian Idol , Jaclyn Victor. Next was very funny malay plum actress which stars in an advertisement for crocodile hunter/ comedian and indeed a very good singer and plenty of good jokes(sorry i forgotten her name,if you knw whom i meant, let me know). Last but not least, a very special, gorgeous looking violinist called Joanne Yeoh..... played plenty of amazing lovely song..... to pump us up with jazz mood....

Not forgetting the very own MC of the night; Selina C from mixFM and a Chinese guy... called Eugene.... hmmm... she's hot and the guy is a real joker...... that entertained us throughout the night :)

iP1880 : my new tool

Recently i got myself a lil bit crazy while working from home without a proper gadget which i think most of you guys out there have.....

... i dig all the way in my old junkyard which is my room and realised that all those canon the 3 bubblejets fails me thou i have the catridges and refill which comes along.... n the issues pops up due to it's printer head thou i have refilled so many times and done so much testings :(

So my mission this weekend is to hunt down for the printer head...... me and aivie head down to Digital Mall @ PJ, and try to grab a proper printer head for a replacement. The sad part is that we could not get the printer head replace rather than a new printer itself which is around the same price....

Epson Stylus C90 VS Canon iP1880

.. so finally we were given some choices to choose from .... Canon iP1880 RM135 and Epson C90 RM145.... as i am not really hunting for a 3 in 1 printer as yet coz back home i have a Mustek scanner which is lying down there which i would pronounce it half dead since i do not really use it which i got from a contest.

A mistake that i made was not to do research before getting the new gadget back home :) Finally i chose Canon again but this time,it's different as it has it's very own printer head on their separate cartridges (since i have a lil bit phobia on printer heads which would cost so much). The next thing which makes me worry now is the refill part...i do not see any holes for me to inject new blood(ink) in and i hope i can get a compatible one for my new toy when i am done with it's ink....

The better side of Epson was the resolution (which is a lil bit higher than canon), it's waterproof inks and it's color inks which can be purchase at a separate unit. yellow cyan and magenta. The downside was again with the printer head.... hmmmmm... so it jst strike off..... plus it's the quantity of the black ink is provided is 5ml instead of 15ml which is provided by Canon :)

All right, i shall do some review once i start printing on my new toy..... wish me luck |

Here’re some tips of maintaining your printer which I found out after my 3 Canon died.

Tip 1:
Never put your printer directly under an airconditioning unit. The print head will be clogged with the ink, after the low temperatures make the ink solid. That’s a rough description of what happens. And if a print head is gone, it’s really pointless to send your printer for repair because it’s the most costly part in the printer.

Tip 2:
Try to print something every 2 weeks. Same reason as above. It will let the ink in the print head flow instead of being stuck in it. By printing every once in a while, you ensure that the ink in the print head always changes.

Hope these 2 tips will give your printer a longer life! Adios.

Lately, I have been busy calling up the 2 different service provider which i am subscribed with ..... DiGi (telco) and iZZi (ISP) which tested my patience since i am getting unexpected service from both of them.... hmmm.... which resulted that i have thought of changing the line or even the ISP....hmmm...

It's been 3 days since the last day i call up the Telco Helpdesk to get more help but they are pushing my patience aside...with various of reasons.... huh.... but luckily the ISP did something to put off my fire when they sent out ETA on their interruption for the recent upgrade of a new based station near Sri Petaling instead of me using the bandwidth from base stations like Kinrara and The Mines - Sungai Besi.... the downside was the connection went horribly when it kept me disconnected when i am pushing the bandwidth to the max.... or even not showing me healthy sign..... thou the iBurst Terminal Shows 100%.... is this for real?

So...

What I expecting to have from Telco was....

I am planning to have my online Itemized Bill Printed out for Claims for the month but somehow I have been placed on hold till now.... n yet i have yet to get any response from any of the higher level personnel....

The only reason that they gave me was ......

..... sorry sir, no ETA .... no idea on what's going on around ..... at first it was up and it went down ...... sir , at first it affects your account, but later on realized that it affects other accounts as well.... Well, are you guys thinking i am a fool now... haiyorrr.... i bet u have some sort of a call tracking to see how fussy person i am ... when i call in for help.... :)

Anyway, from the outcome.... i am really hoping that all service provider does provides a good updates to their customers no matter how bad your service were or how horrible the server went down..... at least an update a day will suits desperate people like me... how's your opinion? hmmmm...

.... i woke up as early as 0700 just to pee and wanted to stretch up my body to have my brand new day...... but i felt like something is wrong out there...... i jump out my balcony... and felt like i am in the clouds....floating in the air....

wat the heck... is super duper hazy out there.... i wonder if there any neighborhood countries trying to open up more land just to build some super bulky mass buildings or is there something bad going to happen to the world .... :( maybe the Heroes brainwash me a lot in this part... hmm...

well, i would assume it might even be due to the cyclone that took hundreds of life in Bangladesh with strong winds of 56 to 80 mph if some of you might have miss out this article ..... Bangladesh could face new flooding as cyclone moves inland

Our 2 bus journey took 80 of us to a place where i gotta see beautiful white sandy beaches but not babes ... haha... no offence colleagues, real life accidents which a jeep turned turtled, got stuck in Kuantan town in a horrible jam, had lots of Team building games ahead, drinking session whole night long and finally got cramp on both my fatty legs and hands in the end.... just like it's being amputated.... huh!!!

Aiseh , it's weekend my dear ISP!

Can't you get us the bandwidth that we need over the weekend to download the best show ever that is not shown in Malaysian TV or Cinema... haiyorr... i don't like delayed telecast of my favourite series... Heroes and Prison Break..

I did complain to the (ISP) but yet they mentioned that the ports are open .... thou i did some checking and found out that the ports are already being blocked. Damn it....

Conversation goes:

Me: Hello ISP arrrr, can you check for me arr the status, if the ISP arr blocks the ports for downloading?
ISP : Hi Sir, I don't block the ports? I am also downloading now at my place , no issue
Me : Ok, if that's the case, what sort of files you are downloading?
ISP : Porn !!! ... then he paused for awhile.... sorry, i mean files.
Me : Interesting , then what software u use?
ISP : Bit Comet sir.
Me: Fine, then can you check for me if my area base station blocks user to download?
ISP : Can, please stay on the line. Thank you for holding on, sir. Everything open.
Me: What do u mean? So you are sure, is not blocked right. okay let me sent you the logs.
ISP : Oh no, it's blocked. Sorry will send engineer to the spot to check.
Me: Fine . TQ.

Aiyorr , i wonder if they have the tools to check b4 talking to me. Some more, i can't imagine they share with me, Downloading exciting porn sir, no wonder the bandwidth bo liau la.... huh :(

Okay fine so gotta wait till the technical guy call me back, then i google something just to cheer me up... since have to wait ... let me share with you some.... joke of the day.....

ahaaa.. i gotta back track a lil about the month ago on what's happening to me .... n it's alwiz really fun when i can crush my brain to think of what happen in the past......

.... there are the sad ones as well as the good ones....

....... so where shall i kick off first...... what's your view ? what's your plan? what you have done and what am i gonna write ? oh my....

Oh yeah, just thought of congratulating myself for the recent jump on Sept... yay.... i have move on to the management ; n the job tasks was pretty tough for me to cope as high pressures were all around during the month of Sept... which includes the terms that i always heard from my sifu/mentor like

.... "cannot be bias", "don't friend me la",
........"see color la ",
............" must attend all this meeting even you dun like or dun like to get involved",
............ don't play politics in the company but i do see there is"
............."don't make wrong decision when you have to make "...... fuhhh......

from there on, i see people left and new faces coming in..... anyway, that's not all..... :)

But one thing for sure is that, i'm sure there are more to come ! Wish me luck.... hehe....

Heeeyyy Nuri-choppers and big birds ... why can't you make it during the weekdays while sparing me my weekend sleeping like a sleeping beauty.... damn it....
I know you need rehearsals so that the old bird won't go down during the Merdeka Day showcase, i know you are old and with a tremendous history ....
........... but why not weekdays while i am working le.... at least u can make me jump off my bed while i am sleeping like a pig... aiyoyorrr.... i wonder anyone of you guys heard the big bird flying more than 15 rounds roaming.... without any formation formed??

At least, make la some somersault .... flip the plane , fly it underneath the bridge ... or even farting some colorful smoke in the skies and trilled me la since you woke me up..... so early to watch you....

Keeping in touch with buddies that you knew since college days are the best part, as you went through the moments of up and down with them during the challenges like exam , mid point, slacking, last minute projects, copying or let's called it sharing is caring, presentation as well as going out makan-ing with them during breakfast, lunch, dinner and even staying in the same block in our hostels.

Recently, they did organized a get-together session with a terms and condition applied.... I was amazed to see this , but the matter of fact is true also

Spring Valley Feast

Just came back from Spring Valley Feast and wasn't feeling that sleepy thou.. coz have overdozed myself off with Johnny Walker n red wine... the feast is a 8 course meal which consists of sharkie fin, scallop , moon cake, fish fish and more..... till my tummy xplodessss!!

The event was in conjunction of nothing but just a get together session for my so called up-coming reporting manager from singapore which he came down for a meeting with us. We had 2 tables up and all filled their tummies well when we walk out....

Yicks... feeling a bit like drunken master ... n wannabe wong fei hung , while i took my ride home.... luckily i wasn't driving this time, as i pimp my ride with a new buddy i met in the get-together session.... reach home safely without any scratches.... :)

Hard time cracking my new password

Have you ever crack your head before to setting up a password ? the sad case was.... i am .... huh....

Due to the "super duper smart" group policy that was implemented in the organization with a 90 days enforced password changed, now i am stuck with the password which i commonly used for most of my email and access ... the worst part came when condition like used password or words that has similarity could not be used for the next 8 transactions... can u imagine wat am i facing..... haha

Some more the password has it's countdown scripts popping up daily ... aiyorr yorr..

Last 6th day - Tak layan la... 6 days to go ma....

3days - starting to feel panic da.... a lil.....

Hectic with processes

Well, i gotta have a brief session this time on this posts .... gotta b pretending, as if i am doing my work during my off peak time... sneaking into URL and minimizing the page while typing this out... hehe....

Let me speed things up... on wat is happening to me, my home computer goes havoc again... this time it was the motherboard which does not have any power circuit going through...n it has been sent back to its factory for check ups...... :( which resulted i am unable to browse nor updating this wonderful world of blog from my couch....

n the worst thing, it happens to fall on the day while i am busy preparing for my final interview session... studying processes... or shall i say chewing up some crazy processes that should be in my head while taking up a new task/role in my upcoming job .... luckily, overall it's still working in orderly manner.... ...

oh yeah, got my new car recently.... so upgrade a bit on the accessories from care4 to grab up a handcuff to locked up my car and to glenmarie to 'cheng cheng' my car too....

I hope i can share with you guys more but the fallback was the time constraint as well as the inconveniences to update this page in office...... doesn't looks good lo unless i am administrating this page lo hosting at the same URL...

so what am i am lookin forward now, is to get my motherboard fixed ....keep you surfers out there ... posted with wat jMs is doing.....

Interview - Kick off for the week

For the start of the week, i was kicked off with.... an interview to upgrade myself...

What would you do when you were asked to give a price for your new job?
- A job role which you are kind of blur off.....
- A role that you are highly looked up too from your supervisor....
- a role which decision making is crucial at end of the day......
- a role whereby your leader will be backing you up if the team fails to push
- a job that reimbursements could always be triggered with a backup from the current supervisor

This was what i felt on Monday evening , when my supervisor cordially invited me for a brief talk in the meeting room. It started from a msn conversation ...... n then i jst could not reply as fast as he is expecting , so he just jump up and ask me to be in meeting room..... :)

at first, i thought what was that for..... the feeling was anxious, curious , and ouch.... did i did something wrong...

Luckily, jst as we sat in the room....He quickly jump start and highlighted what we are looking for.... in working environment..... his first thought was to be famous , then money , building portfolio and to be in a respectable role. For mine, it's similar but i would say i would like to have to be in a challenging role......

... finally ... i gave him a him a price which he did not rejects.... n i was amazed.... which resulted, i have x'ta $$ to spare in the coming months... yahoo... wish me luck....

Increments doesn't ends here but with a stack of processes and procedures to chew it up with...

.... anyway, it's another challenge of life now~ wish me luck again please.... :)

Cold night ...Weird Night

It was a wild night ... when cool breeze touches my skin....

... it was a freaking night when me n aivie went through some moments when we were on our way back from from my lil niece birthday party from Subang.

My car was jerking ... after some raining heavy cats and dogs in the noon... the wind is strong and wild.... heard noises from all around but when i turn back , it jst went off... and.. it jst never ends here...

The worst thing was .. at my car's windscreen, i have a combination of number which is just on top of the midst.... can you imagine a 2mm marks of combinations appears on my windscreen... . '0055 6025 and aap'. The combination of numbers does not reminds me of anything but aap does... it's my car plate.... oh my...

I jst could noy evaluate what was that for nor what will happen to me.... i jst jst still wondering and brainstorming myself wat was that after all.....

Merry-go-round ride

Today, i made myself a stupid fool, wanted to act smart like the best explorers around the world but all i ended was, touring around BU areas for no reasons.... damn it.... it was the most horrible session, i eva had on my bus ride... n it was my first but not my last....

well, i gotta admit that RapidKL (U71 & U82) ride was my first since RapidKL introduces plenty of routes to head on to favorite places like One Utama and so on... n the best thing was i can't even get off from the bus when i was supposed to stop... i was shocked... n was speechless.. :(

HDD oh HDD

hey did i told you guys that my HDD went crazy sekali lagi not the primary one... "choi choi"... but the external one... since the last post

... it was sad indeed when i have to make it all the way to the lowyat to look for the reseller (ViewNet) o f my 320GB 16MB seagate to get it replaced.... haha... i am a proud owner of the additional RM10 bucks tat i paid for the "one-to-one exchange"... but it was a sad thing for viewnet to keep invoicing me a new bill for the third time in 2 months.

I am sure if i do have such consumer like me that like to crash HDD will regret.... 4eva.... well, do keep an eye for the HDD that you purchase... i manage to grab some tips from the consultants there...mentioning that HDD from Thai ... does caused issue and it appears to be true for mine.... :(

Another note/awareness that i would like to share was the serial number.... to differentiate the type of HDD you are purchasing.... well, i could not get u a snap shot but 8MB cache and 16MB does only makes a difference if you were to placed your HDD as a primary running HDD and not like me with an enclosure..... which is attached with a USB...

Good luck in purchasing the next must have thing - no matter u are IT or non-IT literature....

Freakin 'hot' and 'steamy'

Hey don't you try to think of the nasty or hamsap part of it since i have a nasty and wild header

... i was mentioning something about the recent happening this afternoon... i was at home the whole day while waiting for terribly weather to clear off ....the sad thing, got worst than ever.... the steamy sun... got hot and wilder as me n aivie went for a jogging + badminton session by the field....

After some sort of 15 minutes session, we were soaked .... as if i just went for a 1 hour marathon..... oh yeah ... anyone here would be interested to join me for a run at one of the locally organized race... it's the Subang 10k Run.... do alert me....

Back to the hot and furry, I gotta say 'thanks' to those open burning and inconsiderate monsoon drought ... the so called '171 hotspot' back in indon was the root caused for the haze and my sinus (* i am terribly sensitive about it, what else can i do now rather than getting ready for work tomorrow, oh my *) .... Tech terms for hotspot can known this as wireless zone..... how i wish we could have those hotspot in malaysia whereby everyone would get connected everywhere and got hacked into different computer day by day.... :)

Anyway, if you do have such a inconsiderate neighbour that would like to set up camp fire, or your neigbour son that would like to have a bbq party or wanted to turn on their air-con as thou they are the penguins from antartica the whole day.... do go to them n give them two tight slap... coz i am sick.... :) .. jst jk.... coz wanted to concern about the current global warming only ma... anyway, in future i hope i wouldn't be bare naked walking to my office or going out for my lunch..... just bcoz i am just "too hot".....

Recently i placed out some notices around my area for the apartment which i am renting out, and i am glad, i got plenty of response from all around with all sort of races. Not only races, but from all type of people.... fussy , pathetic, crazy and demanding.

Finally, one of my tenant settles down but yet to move in to the unit and were triggered a notice.

You know what i got from the new tenant which is in one of the units? I was kind of amazed with the term and condition that he gave...... instead of me!!
